There is another weighoff Wed. Oct 17th at 12 noon at the 98th annual Circleville Pumpkin Show in Circleville ,Ohio.
My scanner is down right now ,but I'm trying to get it up in time to post pictures from the show.
I sent this same post on the mallorn list for a reason, I have recieved e-mails from a couple local growers who belong to both list but do not post. Come on guys join in don't leave me hanging as the only one always bragging about our fine show.......Paul

I've been to Circleville and it is a first class show. That has been about 6 yrs ago. At that time you had to live in the county to enter. Is it still that way??

To start off yes you do have to live in a 20 mile radius of the show. A lot of people get upset by this, but I think it keeps the integrity of a small town show.
And John don't worry I'll send a picture of the pie & also the receipe they use to make it.

take pictures of Irene!!! The pumpkin is grown by chuck gieger...it is from my 762....certainly would like to see or even get some good pictures of Irene.
