I found a small cut about three inches from the stem of my biggest fruit with some kind of ooze i never saw before clinging to it. It was yellow in color almost translucent and very much resembled cured form -a- gasket a real rubbery texture. Has anyone ever seen anything like this before? I found no insects and the wound is not very deep!

That juice seems to heal some fissures. I've cut & collected it from cullable fruit to heal small splits on keepers at the school where chemicals are off limits. I forget who recommended this to me. But it worked.

Tremor, would that work on like the stem part of the pumpkin, like where the stem connects to the pumpkin. Its where the two diffrent colors(stem) (Pumpkin) connect. Yanno what i mean?
