Subject: Something took a bite out of my pumpkin!

ARGH!!!!! My heart sank when I saw it.
The pumpkin is little... only a few days old. The bitemark is about 1/2 inch big. Hoping the wound will heal/scar and the pumpkin won't rot.
If I ever catch the little rascal that did this... he's lunchmeat! LOL

Happened to me last year, I think it was a squirrel, your pumpkin will be fine.....

cindy in the future even when the fruit is small cover them with a light piece of cloth or better yet make a hoop out of wire mesh and this will keep the munchies at bay dick nepga
