i have a bobier722 or something like that. my pumkin is set and doing great 10lb per day growth so far at 14 days. i have picked all flowers off now, but why are the female flowers dyeing any info ? thank you very much

When you say dying...do you mean before they open or after? they will die after because you have removed all the males so they are not being pollinated. If they don't get pollinated then the die off...or it could be heat...Chris

bushwaker i thank you very much it is the heat that is killing them good thing my pumkin is set and going. i will get a better shad system going today. once agian thank you pumkincrazy

Pumpkin, I noticed that on one of my plants the females died before the flower even open, Im thinking its because I fertilized the plant with 20-20-20, they seemed to die about 2 days later, the pumpkin I have set was growing slow and it did seem to pick up the pace on that pumpkin though. Brooks

SLYCHIT IT SEEMS WE HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM , IT WAS VERY HOT SO I ADDED SOME MORE SHAD. I DID FERTILIZE JUST THE OTHER DAY AND THE SET PUMKIN THAT IS DOING WELL IS NOW GROWING LIKE ALL HELL. I WAS ALSO UNDER WATERING BECAUSE OF A TIMER MIX UP (shit) it is fixed now!!! talk to ya later jay (crazy-)
