Which growers diary do you follow the most and who is the person that helped you out the most since you started growing pumpkins.

The person that got me started was Lisa Wentzell in chat on this site and she has givin me alot of information on how she grows. I try to follow what she does. The diary I follow the most is prolly Southerns, Tremor,HeavyGrower and all the people from my home state of ohio. Tiller has one of the best Diarys I think I have ever read in 2003, his is the one that helped me out alot. Tiller whats up with your 2004 diary this year your not keepping up to pace, lol. And heyyyyy Southern, I know your busy and all but start answering your emails, I have 402345 questions that need answered,,,lmao. All in All though, I have met alot of great and helpful people on this site and have made alot of good friends.

i definitely keep an eye on mostly midwest people: PA, ohio, indiana, and wisconsin are must-sees. i always look at all the girl's diaries (you go girls) and if bored, people that live in bizarre places that i just like to see pics from.

Shazzy always entertains me. He also gives lots of good details about what he is doing and why. Lots of pictures too. Keep it up!

Doc entertains as well. I love learning about organic gardening from him.

Many other as well. Thanks all, your diaries what really makes this a great site.

"Stan Pugh" is the one that got me started by setting me up with some good seeds and giving me advice on my patch layout and answered any questions I had, and I still hit him with a bunch of questions every week. Thanks Stan :)

Southern, Tremor, and Zunino.

Zunino can be found at http://www.zunino.net/diana/chronicles/of_lilu.htm

I like Zunino's because it is organized so well, with cool music and everything. It is the best I've seen.

I browse everyone's diary but especially the newer guys, to see how they're doing.
Too bad Carlos is laying low this year, his was excellent last season.

Tremor

I miss Carlos too. It's been incredibly hot in Spain lately. A recent email I sent him has gone unanswered. I hope he's OK.

I miss Doc's diary entries & creative dialouge too. Maybe we can petition him to return. Friends do disagree from time to time. Heck. If I stopped communicating with everyone I ever disagreed with I'd be a very lonley man.

Personally I look at every diary entry that includes pictures. The rest only interest me if they're from this area or are part of a diary I'm following.

I always follow diaries of folks who are using products or advice we provide.

Let's face it. They're all good. We can all learn more from failures than successes. Thus the concern when new diary entires suddenly stop.

Steve - Carlos is off on Holiday for a month or so. I think Sophie had an entry that he was going to visit her patch.

I think that his and Ben Boyton from '03 were really good.

I review most as well.
Paying attention to the details of some photos can bring new learnings as well.

anyones diary that has more then 2 or 3 posts at one time i can't read, {especially if there are 18 pics) there are to many great diaries, and not enuf time to spend on reading just one.
