i had to cull one of my two plants today, i finaly thought i had made the right choice, when after i pulled one palnt, my "good" one (which was about 3 feet long) broke its main vine. :( its doesnt even have secondaries yet. i had noticed a small hole in the vine beofre it broke but examined it after it boke to find no bugs or anything in it. is my seaosn over?

The guys in here told me never ever to pull out a plant but to simply cut it off at the top of the ground (when culling). I think your plant will set out more vines as long as the stump is good....even when you cut off the vines at a certain length the plant will grow new little "thingys". My plants are slow, slow, slow due to the cold wet weather. So a lot of us are in the same boat as you. We may not grow record breakers but we WILL grow something. Hang in there, Sue
