Well, I cant sleep, so I am gonna rattle off some crap. Its gettin near pollination time, just 2 weeks away.
This is that it took for me to get to 1000
Day 10 ??
Day 15 47"
Day 20 75"
Day 25 99"
Day 30 116"
Day 40 141"

Al Eaton says the following are good measurements in Canada
Day 20 60"
Day 30 100"
I am sure he says more, but I cant remember. Notice the difference between his numbers and my numbers. Different climates require different growth rates. If anyone wants to fill in any gaps feel free. I am gonna do a better job recording day 10 info this year. 25" seems about tops for me from memory.

I'm sure Tom is talking about the circumference of the fruit.
And yes, it would be great if some growers could post their day 10, 15, 20, etc. or weekly measurements of their 1000/+ lbs fruits.
Not that I'm assuming to get to 1000lbs this year but it would be nice to know what the goal is...
