they are here and swatted 7 today with fly swatters over a 3 hour period while working in the patch. today is the first spotting and they are easy to hit moving very slowly after just emerging, probably from my own patch from the bastards that got me last year. so look out all, the enemy is back. tonight every stalk, vine, and leaf will get sprayed with demand cs except the vine tips, female blossums, and leaves new under 7" in diameter.

no problem george, how ya liking all this rain? last night down here was unbelievable. a great lightening storm with no hail thank God, but 4"+ rains i could do without. good luck george, and i'll see ya come weigh off again. jeff

Nice one Alun... We don't get svb's in British Columbia but do have slugs and other pests that are easily dealt with. Jeff, we have had lots of rain too and hope to find balance soon.
