Someone told me recently that there is a pumpkin festival in Circleville, Ohio. Does anyone know if this is true? If it is true then does anyone Know when? I would like to take my kids to a gathering of many pumpkins. Thanks, Tom

Consider me your Circleville Pumpkin Show host. There is one & I may be biased but I believe it is the best overall pumpkin festival around. We do not always have the biggest pumpkins " that will change in time I promise". But as a overall show it can't be beat. The show is Oct 17th,18th,19th, & 20th. Thats right folks we shut the town down for 4 days to celebrate the Pumpkin. The weighoffs are at 12 noon on the 17th right in the middle of the town. Bring your appetite we have Pumpkin pie,waffles,cake,sloppy joes,donuts,corndogs,pizza" yes pumpkin pizza". If you can think of something made of pumpkin its there. 2 parades a day, 2 stages with live music & the list goes on.
Sorry I don't mean to go on but I was born & raised there & pumpkin juice flows through my veins this time of the year

lol Paul,,,wish I could be there...Never been to Ohio,,but was very close last year,,was at the border coming thru KY...Very pretty country side...Maybe next year...Jeff
