Hi Steve, I am giving a lot of seeds to new growers. Since it is their first year most don't have a restricted pesticide license or would spend the money for warrior. What would be the best poison to recommend for them? Hopefully something that would help with vineborers. Would triazicide be good? Dude

Doug....same chemical in Triazicide as Warrior. But "poison"? Ouch, that hurts to read!

Hi Dude,
Yes. The best "Insect Control Product" for the backyard grower is Triazicide (active ingredient - Lambda-cyhalothrin).
Be sure to check the label to see ezactly what is in the bottle. Because of the success of Triazicide, the manufacturer Spectracide, has begun to market several popular items with that name. Sort of like Scott's does with the "Turfbuilder" name.

I am going with triazicide this year. It is listed for use on edible vegetables also.

Hawkeye. No Phyto. Makes bad stuff work well. Makes good stuff great. Private emails only until Brent turns Seed Outlet back on cause it's a pain in the butt! LOL
