When will I see a female? Seeds went into the ground April 30th. Vines 3-4 ft.

I havnt seen a female in any of my plants yet, alot of males but no females,I wouldnt mind seeing a female right about now though, wonder why that is, the males comes way before the females, wonder if a plant has ever had more females then males.

My first female flower appeard when my main vine was 7 feet long (last year).

Males show up first in order to get the bees used to visiting the plant. Females show up a little later when there is more plant to push the growth of the fruit.
