What a great site this is! Ken has put in a TON of work this year and bigpumpkins.com is now better than ever!!

Maybe you've been on the site for a while and maybe you are new- did you know you can become a premium member? For just $15 a year, you can get access to the premium members forum, compete for diary of the year and other cool benefits!!

The small fee goes for updating the software, storing the data (a LOT OF DATA), upgrading servers, and more.

Here's a deal for you: I will send you a packet of seeds just for joining. Send me proof that you joined and I will ship you out seeds from my 1708 Donahue or the 1419 Donahue* Squash for free. (*Seeds not yet harvested from the 1419)

Anyone else want to join me in incentivizing new members? Post up!

Let's show some love to bigpumpkins.com!!

I got an email from another grower, John Ciesielski, with this offer:
I will send you some of my 1668 seeds from this year to give out along with your seeds. It is a 1570 Ciesielski23 x 1908 Conolly23. Let me know if you would like me to send those to you. I could also include my 1570 seeds which are a (1885 Werner x 1686 Stelts)

How great is that? Now the free seed offer has been DOUBLED.

Who's in?

A master gardener promo pack for new bp members sounds good. I'll put in tomato seeds... (and my 203 bushel gourd and 109 field kin if those categories are needed). Email me with your address, and the number of seeds you plan to distribute??

Check the cost of shipping if a couple dozen people want to opt in, it might break the bank! But its a great idea.

Kev, this is awesome. If seeds from either of my two fruit (the 1479 and 1206) make it through my halloween display, I’ll toss some in too.
