Subject: MOLD on soil around plants

Well its 4.30am just got home from work and went to check the temp inside the Greenhouse. it was around the 26 temp mark when i left for work and then it got cooler and rained the checked the plants before work and they looked great got home tonight and noticed that on the soil around the bottom of the plants was all moldy there was NO mold on the plants just the soil
tuesday i applied some neptunes Harvest Fish Sea weed did a deep soaking on each plant. and it seems to be moldy around the damp area were this was poured
is this something to worry about ?

The mold is probably either living on the Sea Kelp Extract or some conbination of it & the other amendments you add to your soil. It *PROBABLY* is more beneficial than not. But it could be indicationg a too warm & humid condition that might favor pathogenic fungi on the plant.
So I wouldn't worry about the mold. Only the condition that fostered it. Can you provide better ventilation?

I had the same problum last year,I added a fan from an old PC on more mold.

Yup, fixed the problem today, got wicked ventilation now.
greenhouse is now removed am hopeing for warmer weather to come in the forcast next 3 days nothing but WARM rain so this might just get things going ( fingers crossed)
