I am having to arm up with leaf fungicides, and I forgot the name of the fungicide that should be avoided because it also acts as a growth inhibitor.

People used to say to avoid propiconazole, I am not sure if that is still the current thinking on it. Steve Jepsen used to say it is OK to use it after a certain stage of growth.

Thank you for the response. I knew there was one that was nestled in the back of my mind. Steve (Tremor) was one of the most knowledgeable and responsive posters this forum has ever seen.
I found an old post where he mentioned something he learned from Yale forestry school. You disagreed with Steve at your own peril.

Steve was a wealth of knowledge. Even still to this day, in order to get mopre information on a certain topic, I will often look up old posts that he commented in.

Guys thanks for the wonderful reference to Steve. Remembering days long since past when Steve and Doc Gipe would be sparing Synthetic's vs Organic here is also priceless!
