I was wondering if we are to reduce the hours of light on seedlings after awhile? Or should they be kept under the grow light 24/7 until there ready to be transplanted outside? Thanks

Myself I kept mine under Light till they went out into the greenhouse, I was told by other members on this board that this was the best way to do it.
