I’m not usually one to toot my own horn but I set a new Virginia record at 1845.5lbs yesterday. It was weighed at the GPC Tennessee Valley Fair weigh-off in Knoxville, Tn. The pumpkin was done growing and I didn’t want to take the chance of losing it in the heat before our weigh-off in Virginia so I loaded it up and drove seven hours to Tennessee to make it official. A huge thank you to the growers that make that weigh-off happen. We had a wonderful time, thank you for being so welcoming.
