Subject: What exactly is mill fabric, and where is it sold?

I've read some people put mill fabric under the pumpkin. Googling the term, I don't see a precise explanation of what it's made of. I also don't see it at Home Depot or Lowes. Is it different than just a regular burlap roll? |
