Having some problems with this seed only, radical didn't show hardly any growth, but it split open and the cotyledons started to open while still in the baggie, I put it in pot, but still hasn't came through, Think it's going to come up?

Don't worry, I'm having the same problem with one of my seeds, the radical seems to refuse to grow but the stem is growing and the cots are opening and tiny roots are starting to grow out of the stem. This seed is a 01' , all the 03' I planted are already out of the soil.

Bumpy,
I think you can safely throw that seed away that you've been waiting to germinate for 9 years!
