At what point do you begin foliar spraying of calcium? Do you start when the plant has a couple of leaves, or do you wait until there is a fruit on the plant?

From what I read, the Agro-K program has you putting the "Cal-Phos" on within the first month.

Not only for the pumpkin feeding program the AGRO-K Cal-Phos has shown excelent support helping the plant ward off Milldew.
I say this but call attention to the fact that some instuctors say foliar kelp does the same to ward off Milldew. That being the case some of us do both. We may not know which or if both are helping us prevent Milldew.
I will say for sure I had very little Milldew last year until the very last minute when it really did not matter that much anyway. I used almost no fungicide in 2003 one of the wettest, darkest, coolest, dampest years, in my gardening experience.
