MY primary vine is approx. 12 ft. long now and I have had several male blooms in the last week, no females, I have taken a picture from this web site out to my patch so there is no mistaken the difference actually rather easy to tell. This is my first time so what am I doing wrong? Regards, Big Thompson TULSA

dear mr big, i dont think you are doing anything wrong (not like im an expert) but i planted about 10 A.G.'S on the 20th of june (way to late) and 2 of them never put on any fruit, one put on 3 last week and the rest have put on several like they should, i know where your coming from but dont know the answer. somebody on here will know though, my2centsworth.

I would expect to see female blossoms in the next several feet of vine. The first female blossoms on my good plant this year didn't show up till about 12-14 ft (have not actually measured it)

Kinda late in the season but if you go through this message board to may and june months there are alot of people complaining about the same thing...page down till you get there.
