Took me a while to find my catalog. All it says fleshwise is that the flesh is white and that the pumpkins are excellent for painting. I'm planting a couple this year so I'll give some actual grower facts and info. What beauties they are! Alex.

Yes pumpkins shown in the pic are beautiful indeed. But I would like them good to make pies as well. For baking, we love hear pumpkins with deep orange sweett flesh and long lasting.

Oh. I'd say just grow some Sugar (New England Pie) pumpkins. That one is the best for taste. Alex.
