See Len Stellpflug's article in the "How To" section of this site. This is more or less how we do it here.

Triacicide (spelling maybe a little off) worked well for me last year.

I used Rotenone last year...but it did not work all that well. I fished a lot of them out of my blossems with an artists paintbrush. The little buggars stuck right to it and I picked them off the brush and smushed them. This homemade recipie, I found on the internet is supposed to work... Soak 3 ounces of finely minced garlic cloves in 2 tsp. of mineral oil for at least 24 hours. Slowly add 1 pint of water that has 1/4 ounce of liquid soap or commercial insecticide soap mixed into it. Stir thoroughly and strain into a glass jar for storage. Use at a rate of 1 to 2 tablespoons of mixture to a pint of water. If this is effective, try a more dilute solution in order to use as little as possible. I have not tried this yet so just spray a bit on a leaf or two to make sure it will not harm the plants. Allow 2 or 3 days for damage from spray to appear before spraying the entire plant.
