Ontario, Canada.

I need to raise the magnesium levels in my soil. I have bought epsom salts but how much do I use Current base saturaion is 2.9%K, 6%Mg, 88%Ca. This is really out of wack.
Also my PH is 7.6 I have some aluminun sulfate to lower this problem but once again I have no idea how much to apply.
