I have had some interest in this so I'm not stocking it. GA3 is a naturally occuring growth hormone which aids in germination and increased plant size. I think some experimentation has been done with giant pumpkins and I'm hoping maybe some of those people will comment here.
Anyway, I've put together kits with everything you need to treat a mountain of seeds (you can actually treat the plant as well) including a quarter gram of GA3 and the equipment needed to mix it.
GA3 definitely deserves a long look from giant vegetable growers and those germinating older seed stocks.

How far will that amount go? how many seeds will it treat, how much plant will it cover?
Thanks,
Matt

You gotta be careful when using GA3, it can pop your pumpkin real easily with the burst of growth that happens right after application

Timing & rate are absolutely critical. I will post more links later, but here is the first "must see" for those wanting to play.

a water soluble tablet would be easier to mix but you end up with enough solution for the next ten years. GA3 lasts a long time in powder form but once it's mixed some say it doesn't last very long. The idea is to be able to mix it in very small quantities.
