jol91, i have a pumpkin production guide from the state of tennessee and it says to plant between june 15th and june 25th. i did this 3 years ago and it worked out fine the last two years we had a drought and the only pumpkins i made came up volunteer from the previous year, so this year i was going to play it smart and plant them a month and a half early to be sure they got the rain, well now they are all grown and the vines have dried up and most of the stems are rottening off, the pumpkins look fine but its gonna be hard to market them until about the 2nd week in october, so i just dont really know what to tell you, i know next year im gonna wait till the first of june. from the hills of tennesse, Keith
