While the rest of you have the fun I wish I was having at Niagara, I spent the afternoon prepping the patch. First I took my 2 soil samples, then I addedmy last bag of Azomite, cornmeal, and 10 pounds of coffee grounds from local mini marts (convenience stores). I will continue to add more coffee grounds until it is tilling time, which at this rate, should be near the second week of April. Still very wet.
I was happy to see a lot of worms in my shovel fulls of dirt for the soil sample. The worms will be very happy with the corn meal and coffee grounds. Like eating at star bucks for them with those two delicasses.
Well, cant wait to hear the war stories of the weekend, if it is too graphic of juicy, please email me privately.. heehee. .always looking for some good fresh seminar manure!
