Has anyone tried or heard about growing 2 plants from same seedline, except that one plant is only allowed to grow one pumpkin while the 2nd one is allowed 2 pumpkins. If so,what were the weights of the pumpkins.

I allowed all my plants to grow two pumpkins. I was afraid to cut the second one off as I was afraid the remaining one might grow too fast and pop. I could have left small new ones as growth buffers...what did everyone else do?
