It's been a tough winter and there have been more politics and 'winter issues' than we'd all like to see on here this year. But come Saturday, that's all behind us and I expect to see informative, inspiring and positive posts from here out. So on behalf of myself and the fledgling Maine Pumpkin Growers Organization, I would like to wish each and every member of BP and the giant pumpkin growing family in general, the best of luck and success. May we all see weights we never imagined possible, genetics never imagined, the 1st 1000lber of many 1000 pound greenies, renewed friendships and commeraderie, and above all, more fun than we've ever had. Even though the weather isn't showing it quite yet, winters over on saturday gang, lets get down to business and put our differences aside. Goodwill is what makes this hobby so special.
