I am asking for fellow organizational members help (yes I am a member of all 3) in supporting the upstart SPGA (Southern Pumpkin Growers Association. We need help in the form of monetary and seed donations, logo and website design help, and organizational advice. I have heard from many Southern growers very interested in banding together and becoming an organization like the Northern and Western groups. So far, response to my appeals from growers outside the South have been lackluster at best. I have had a few "Northeners" offer seed and website hosting (thanks Eddy and Matt) but we need *your* HELP and support! Please "ya'll", let's pitch in and help the Southern guys like we do with all the other groups!

Wow. Ask if an association is a good idea & get swamped with positive responses. Ask for help and................
Come on folks. The SE United States has a bad reputation for not getting it done. And there's no good reason for it.
Boily Ben & the other Ausiues are proving beyond a shadow of a doubt that hot climates can produce big pumpkins. Look at Mr. Keith Turner getting it done in the Bahamas! And just in case that doesn't convince us, look what talent & disciplin to pricipal has done for Carlos in hot Spain.
The SE US will rise once they get together & make it happen.
Kyle, I'll send you some of my own 2003 seed. I don't have large quantities of much anything else. I do have some 550 Stead '03's from the 1337 Houghton that I can spare.
Come on guys. Rally around the SE growers so they can start getting things going. But hey SE growers, it might be nice if ya'll showed some support too! LOL
