I will be in Orlando from 19-26 February for a business conference and was wondering if anyone else was going to be there, or if there is anyone from that area that is a regular here. Also, since I don't get stateside very often, was wondering if anyone knows of a place where I can get Seaweed, Fish and other ferts like this in the Orlando area. Thanks...owen

Owen check our Brand New website!

http://www.lesco.com/default.aspx?PageID=27&ItemNumber=069444

This is the product page for ProMax. Scientifically proven the best Bio-Stimulant when subjected to a nonbiased third party review of actual post application inoculation (INVAM).

Use the store locator (among the many other long overdue enhancements!) to scan the Orlando area. We have 1 store right in Orlando: SC 404 LESCO ORLANDO 407-295-1031. We're the McDonalds of the Green Industry in FL. Got a store in almost every town. Some cities have 2.

Have fun Owen. It's beautiful down there right now! Speak with the guys in our Orlando store when you arrive. Tell them I said to call. Ask whom to contact at Disney for the private Horticultural tours. You will be astounded! Every topiary at Disney has at least 1 or 2 back-up copies in various stages of training & growth so as to replace an ailing subject on a moments notice. Also ask about the secret landscape service tunnles! Amazing!

Sorry. The link doesn't include the stores. Use the zipcode locator for "32801" without the quotes.

Joel Holland has dehydrated fish and kelp. They would seem to fly with you easily. He also has Bio-Grow Endo Plus. All can be seen on his web site. The Bio-Grow Endo Pluss is very intersting as it covers three products in one package. Referenced to you as a possible way to carry on or ship as checked through at minimum weight.

Oh. Another thought. Don't purchase anything liquid. The liquids don't have a great shelf life as it is. But they would be likely to leak or explode in the luggage hold of the airplane. Stick to the dehydrated stuff like Joel's material or ProMax instead. Keep it in it's original container while traveling too. Now that Ricin has been found at my friends Wallingford CT postal sorting facility the entire US population will be sniffing around for "strange powders"! LOL

Thanks for all the responses. You made a good point Dwaine and Steve, I also think that the dehydrated stuff would be better to transport. I ordered fish and seaweed liquid fert last year and the S&H was more expensive then the fert. I won't have a lot of time for fun though as this conference is also going through the weekend, but if I get a chance I will try to do the Disney Hort thing. Bummer Chuck, would have been nice to meet you there. Thanks for the offer Mr. T, wish I had the time.....owen

That is a cool website Jeff. I noticed that I could buy Praying Mantis eggs for $6.99. Says that you can store them in the fridge till they are ready to hatch. I wonder what customs would say about me trying to bring them back to Germany?
