I purchased some insecticide on line and left delivery instructions to place inside the front porch. Well, it was left on the front porch step instead. It sat outside from yesterday afternoon until this a.m., about 15 hours in temps between 30 and 23. i didn't see it at first yesterday because it was covered with 3 inches of snow.
the package was cardboard and the demand cs (same as scimitar cs) was wrapped in a bubble pack too inside the card board box, hopefully helping insulate it.
the 3" of snow fell pretty quick and i am hoping acted like a blanket to also help insulate it somewhat. after opening the package this morning upon discovery, the demand cs was in a total liquid state. i couldn't see any signs of frozen material, but i am not sure if the chemical makeup of the stuff freezes into a solid form.
so does this sound like it will harm the effectiveness of the product? last thing i need is to expect to control my svb's and to learn later the product lost its effectiveness. the label says do not let freeze in the storage and handling section but i am not sure that this means let the storage temp get below freezing point or the product actually forming into a frozen solid.
hopefully tremor sees this post, or if anyone else can help me out with some info, i would be much oblieged.
thanks shazzy

Just check that it hasn't formed into a clumpy mess. Suspensions are prone to cold problems more so than EC's. But the active ingredient doesn't go bad. Rather the suspension becomes corrupt so that it won't go into a solution.
If a quick shake restores the material to a uniform lump free solution, then all is well.
