For those of you that read my post"Half a Pumpkin" here is a update.Sence my last post the bloom that I pollinated just half of on 8/2 is doing well.At my last post it was at a total of 98.5" as of 8/24 it is at 35"s-s,39"e-e,and 66"cir for a total of 140" total.Thats a total growth of 41.5".Almost 6" {total} a day. Most of the growth is in the cir. at 22".One side is still much larger then the other and the pumpkin still has very little girth.I have a much larger one set on that vine that gets the knife in the morn. so I can see where my experiment will take me.Who knows maybe a record for the longest thinest pumpkin ever grown.Good luck to all. Ken
