Can anybody tell me if coffee grounds are good for pumpkins my wife has been saving them for me and i now have two 5 gal buckets full

Hey...you bet they are good. In addition to modest fertilizer value, in the grounds you earthworm population loves them. They return cast material equal to their body mass daily. So coffee grounds are a win win situation. Till in your two five gal. buckets this spring at the rate of one bucktfull to five hundred square feet, slightly more or less. Feed any left over's through the compost. You may add small amounts all summer as a very light mulch. This fall you may double or triple the amounts in the fall prep prior to planting a cover crop.
If you are adding two to six inches of manures in the fall you could hardly over due the addition of coffee grounds and leaf materials. You may consider the coffee grounds as a easy going safe organic fertilizer.
