I have a few to propose and start if they are accepted. 1. Longest long gourd grown in a tree with no trelliss except a maximum of 5 feet to get up to the branches.
2. Heaviest Jack Be Little grown INDOORS.
3. Heaviest official non-DMG pumpkin grown on the 1458 Whittier.
Please respond with your input! Thanks.

By the way, if these contests are started you will have to get the seeds. Sorry but this will be only a tiny contest I'm sure.

Talk about a bunch of random ideas that 1 or 2 people might participate in.

that is really awesome---maybe i didn't read closely enough to see what happened to the one in the tree. perhaps it was one of the ones in the final pics, the carved ones! ummm, i wasn't kidding when i mentioned it as a contest platform, lol. have you ever noticed that the vines that DO get out of hand and take-off across the hedgerow are always WAYYYY better-looking than the ones growing across the soil? and they always have a few sets on them, it seems!
