Just as a yard stick for us Airway Heights City Dwellers, Who else is in the "Zone" of 500#....?
We are in the mid 400# range. Weather has been roasting, and then cold with gusts.......
Best wishes........ Gadberry

I'm jealous, I have a couple that are about 200 pounds. Maybe next year for the 400 pounder.

This is my first year, and of course I now find out that the free seeds weren't AG's. But I got them to 100 lbs and I don't think it is over yet. And it was fun. Maybe next year I will get some real seeds and be able to grow them like you big guys. Mare

My girl is about 600 pounds today, I hope she will continue to grow into October. Good luck everyone, there is still a long time to weigh-off, and anything can happen.

I am very close...475 2 days ago and still packing on teh pounds.

Will it split if I just let it grow? It is now beginning to orange up.

P.S. - Itis my first attempt at growing pumpkins. So i uess 500 lbs is a reasonable goal in an urban garden patch.

This is my first year growing. I only have one pumpkin at 270 I'm hoping to have another 100 pounds added on to that before it's all said and done.
