Hey Michel, I have one here from the Champion pumpkin grower Steve Deletes.

Color is tan, about 1 in. to 1 in. and a eighth long ( 26-28 mm for you ) five eights in. wide ( 16 mm for you )with about 12 to 15 of the tiny poka dots on each side. Hope this helps ya. Al

Ha Ha about the millimeters Al!
It sounds like we have the same seed and the person
who sent it to me said it was originally from Steve
in one of his packs.
It's probably good but I'd love yet another confirmation
before dedicating a patch to it.

My 790 seed I planted last year was from Steve and was tan, solid, and middle shape, not long, not short, very clean.....Carlos

Michel, FYI , Yvette's job is to stoke the fire( being mid-winter she can't be growing my pumpkins ) gives me more time to figure out how to grow giant pumpkins. LOL

Jim Kuhn said he was coming over to your place with a big
bottle of roundup for your patch.
He said he'd leave Yvettes pumpkins alone though.
I have some roundup antidote I can sell ya for 500 bucks
a gallon if you need it.

Onegiantpumpkin got back to me about the 790 seed and also confirmed it's description for me and that he had sent the seed to the person I got it from.
I guess we can consider the case closed so thanks for all of the help!
