molasses is very pricey here, but due to a bee epedemic here i have acces to a lot of honey ( i have to remove them from my bosses apartment buildings one had 12 gallons alone) would this be as good or better than molasses (lot of dark honey means high mineral content.) and will it effectively raise brix levels in my compost?

Honey.......is sure a natural sweetener. It may need to be heated to spray out in foliar. Now you are cooking with the finest mental planning. This kind of stuff is everywhere. Your simple organic leanings get helpped one idea at a time. This is a good one. Maybe you can swap any excess with someone for something they may have that would help you. A lot of guys are missing out on free coffee grounds from a neighborhood coffee house. You??? Earthworms love 'em.

If you can maintain that kind of a worm count you will be growing in a heavy high percentage of castings structure. I can not think of a better position to seek. That by the way is the highest worm count I think I have ever been shown. Yes I would love to see the pix when you have time to make it.
