Next Saturday, Jan. 3rd, at 5 pm Pacific and 8 pm Eastern,
the PNWGPG will hold its second internet auction. The funds from our first auction were used for prize money for our 2003 weigh-offs. Your participation is greatly appreciated by all the growers in the Northwest.
This year, our members have donated their best seeds in an effort to make this auction our best ever! We want to make the finest seeds available to every pumpkin grower. You will notice that we have placed a large number of seeds in many of the Lots. This was done at the recommendation of Danny Dill and the Dill family. Most of our "elder growers" have emptied their "stash", so this may well be the last time these classic seeds will ever be offered.

It is our desire that the auction move as quickly as it did last year. For that to happen, it requires your cooperation by bidding "up front" and not waiting until the auctioner says, "Going twice"! A server delay may mean that you might lose that Lot. Once the auctioneer says, "SOLD", no further bids will be accepted in spite of a "server delay" in posting the bids.
