ok anyone have a clue why this squash seed has been overlooked......has me thinking

Becauase it was pollinated by a pumpkin.People who actually grow a squash seed want a squash in the end... and squash x pmkin crosses usually throw pumpkins.

I grew 2-745* in field patch along with 2-654* Miller (895.5* x 745*). I got pumpkins from both.

Not sure if there are 2 654 Millers or not, but I grew a 654 Miller this year that was an 845 x 723 which produced an 870 pound pumpkin weighed in early september following a split on sept 6. what is the 895 x 745 cross you refer to?
