I have my 577.5 and 511 seeds spread out and currently drying with a fan on them. My question is how long should they continue to be dried and how long should I keep the fan on them.

There is a thin transparent wrap on your new seeds. Dry until that thin wrap frees itself and a week longer. Stir and turn the seed daily.
