amy add gypsum to soil it sticks to clay and lets water pass through also when you till with fork stay ahead of plant 5 to 8 ft. rain is also a factor in compacting soil . its a long growing season you might have to till with fork any compacted soil. stay away from roots on vines & walk the plank good luck
