1. How many days after the male flower opens can it be used for pollination.
2. How much time is there for hand pollination Between when the female flower opens and the end limit?
3. How long is the plastic bag left on the female after pollination?
4. Is there any links where there is more information on this subject?

Water,
1. I don't know on this one; I've never heard of anything but day of bloom for male pollen.
2. The common wisdom is only about 4 or 6 hours. You should be up before dawn to polinate, and you should keep the pumpkin cool during the day of polination.
3. Isolate the males and females the night before. You can remove the male bag when you harvest the male to polinate the female, provided you don't leave the males exposed where they could be contaminated. I leave the bag on the female for the remainder of the day of polination, just to make sure.
4. The mallorn email list archives may have something on this. Use the search feature at http://www.mallorn.com/lists/pumpkins.
