Saturday i ran the overhead wataring from 12.00 too 2.30 (1000sq ft)figuring 6 gallons a minute (910) gallons. To keep the leafs from scorching.Well this mourning at 7.00am i glanced out the slider at the garden and all was fine .At 9.00 when i looked again i noticed two leafs on the end of a main vine were snapped.the vine was terminated 3 days ago and the leafs were not fully grown. They were snapped half way down the tube or stalk. No animal tracks or human.I've never seen this befor. Was it the wataring?????.John G..

Unless the water pooled on the leaves it most likely is an animal. I would get a have-a-heart trap and see if you catch the culprit. I would also cut down on the watering to at least an hour and a half. Hope this helps.
