I don't think John is growing a pumpkin this year...just big healthy plants. I think the shade structure that appeared recently in his patch is where he keeps his beer cool when he's out in the patch tending to his vines;)

I haven't seen any Pink Flamingos here in CT this year (thank goodness!). It seems they're all hanging out in pumpkin patches in Wisconsin now.
