In this case good things must be rushed. The males I'm speaking of are being shipped a couple thousand miles overnight Fed-ex. Wish me luck on this adventure.

may i suggest a little barry white, or isaac hayes to get them in the mood pappy.......it usually works for me. and if that doesnt work, put on a giant bee costume. that's what i do :)

Males arrived about 9:30 am ET. As soon as I got them I started to pollinate 5 in all, 3 that bloomed this morning and two from yesterday. One concern I have is that the pollen is rather damp from being in the ziplocks. There was a lot of condensation in the bags with the flowers. I could brush it out and transfer it with no problem. I'm going to post a few pics from the event. Check out photo gallery

It'll take for me to know if the pollination was successful? I'm keeping my fingers ,toes , and eyes crossed.
