I'm not an expert, but try isotox. People on this list have used it, it's a systemic insecticide and may help to get rid of them.

First, pray a lot!
Have you seen the fiendish devilish looking red and black moth? (It has an erratic flight!) First you'll want to get on the ground and look under the leaves for clusters of small eggs. (I'm sure there's a picture on this sight if you search.) You must remove all eggs. If you see any "frass" (like sawdust) on the vines, it means borers have hatched and have entered the vine. Some growers make a slit in the vine and remove the borers, others inject "nematodes" into the vine. (There are mixed reports as to how well this works.) Last year when they showed up on my plants, I did a "heavy pruning" to remove as many possibly infected vines, and burnt them. They will probably be back next year, I recommend using a systemic insecticide.
Good luck!

Try to get the eggs off the plant and leaves.....You should check every day in the morning. The eggs are the size of this dot> . They are red in color. Chris
