What is the proper way to store this years seed for next years growing?

Cuz,
I usually rinse mine off and place on wax paper on a cookie sheet. Put in a warm dry place, I use the top of the refrigerator. Some people put a small fan on them to aid in drying. Important: Let them dry for 2-3 weeks! Store them in a mason jar with a lid in a cool dry place.(I add silica gel or uncooked rice to keep moisture out. ) If they are not dried out completely they will mold.Also if they are frozen and stored, they must be completely dry!
