All products of that nature introduce risks that I choose to avoid. I think that is what I generally read here too.

My concern with Trifluralin (Preen, Treflan, Etc) is the chance of reduced secondary rooting. Steve

I tryed it this year ,I am now looking at weeds. I hope I diden't mess up to much. put it every were but in the cold frame. the plants are just starting to run. GEOrge

much thanks guys...think i will stay away from the stuff...not worth the risks...looks like good old fashioned weeding for this guy....good luck on the new season...
