Hello fellow contestants,
On 5/6/03 I emailed an update/ confirmation to all contestants in the Pumpkin and Squash contests. If you did NOT receive that email confirming that I have you in the contest, please contact me ASAP. In that email I asked everyone to send me his or her first name, last name and BP.com handle (name). As IM sure most of you are, I have been VERY busy getting my season started and I apologize for not addressing this sooner and posting the list of contestants and their info. I hope to get this list posted as soon as I can add every ones BP.com handle to it. So please make sure you send it to me which also lets me know who did and did not receive the email last week. Again best of luck to everyone.

There's one less person in the pumpkin competition. All of my seeds germinated perfectly, except 1, and that was the 840. I have one 840 seed left, but am thinking it's probably too late to start it. Any opinions?

Theres two people less in the 840 contest, my 840 also failed to germinate, however my 895 Hester squash is alive and well in the patch.

Went home during work today, and used the advanced seed starting method on my second 840 seed. Hopefully things will happen quickly.
