I used Isotox which is the same systemic insecticide without the fungicide in it. it worked well and did not cause any harm to the pumpkin plants that I could see.

Acephate is a fairly common systemic insecticide that I know is safe for use on pumpkins. Hexakis is also the active ingredient in Vendex50. A nasty (Danger) RUP Miticide that is frequently used in agriculture. It is not labeled for use on pumpkins that I know of but they may be tolerant. Strawberries are OK.
Triforine is a Powdery Mildew fungicide. In Canada, Funginex (same active) is widely used on Blueberries. Also the active in Nimrod, Denarin, Brolly, & others. I am not familiar with it's MOA or cucurbit tolerance.
If you must go this route, I would apply a small quantity to a couple non-essential leaves first. Observe for a couple days & evaluate before committing to an entire plant.
Personally though I would just buy a broad spectrum fungicide that is labeled for Powdery Mildew on pumpkins & sleep easier knowing the cure is safer than the ill. Mancozeb is a fair contact that is very reasonably priced. Eagle is a competitive systemic (more accurately a local penetrant) that will do a nice job on PM.
JMHO though.
